Today is the day where we get to see how far we’ve come since DAY 1! I bet your scores today are gonna blow away the ones you took on Day 15!
Don’t forget to step on the scale today and MORE IMPORTANTLY .. take your measurements! It’s the measurement changes that tell the story of how your body is changing! I also suggesting taking some progress photos. Take a minute to compare your Day 1 to Day 30 .. I bet that you are going to be pleasantly surprised! I’d love to hear how your journey is going.
